We have followed a mobile-first approach while building this application. Thus, it is accessible at all times via apps on Android and iOS phones and tablets, as well as desktops. Additionally, since it is a completely custom built application there is no reliance for a third party for servicing and maintenance.

Once you have reviewed the survey on the application, we begin rollout. In case of a mystery shopping exercise, this means shoppers from our pool of 1,20,000 plus verified and trained shoppers will start visiting your locations and begin the survey. For internal audits, the questionnaire is rolled out to your own staff and employees for execution. Our advantage lies in how the data is uploaded – instantly via our mobile application. Which means, the results are available for your review instantly.
